Overview
Responsibilities:
- Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use creative means including to facilitate hybrid learning
- Assess students’ progress and provide tailored lesson plans to cater to every students’ different learning requirements
- Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom, and an engaging and welcoming classroom environment akin to a second home for students
- Engage with parents to help them to understand their children’s needs
- Observe and understand students’ behavior and devise plans to make sure learning is conducive
- Collaborate with other teachers and stakeholders to create a cohesive lesson plan and more importantly a united working team
- Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending trainings
- Assist with any other ad hoc roles including events planning and preparations as needed
Requirements:
- Graduates with teaching qualifications/degrees
- Persuasive and energetic
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Familiar with learning materials
- Highly motivated, patient and able to work with others
- Pleasant personality, independent, communicative and highly adaptable to new challenges
- Passion for education and loves to interact with children

Lollypop Preschool is an English based preschool located in Bandung. First established in 1993 in Jakarta, Indonesia, Lollypop Preschool’s vision is to establish ideal educational institutions for responsible lifetime learners.
