Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language development
- Facilitate interactive and stimulating learning activities that keep students engaged and excited about learning
- Provide individualised attention and support to ensure each child’s unique needs are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and classroom activities
- Collaborate with the teaching team to continually improve the preschool programme
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead preschool teacher
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity and enthusiasm to deliver dynamic, play-based learning experiences
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
