Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them to achieve their learning objectives
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Observe and monitor students’ progress, and communicate with parents and other stakeholders as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other school-wide initiatives
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the classroom

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education, Primary/ Elementary teaching degree, or a related field
  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to support the holistic development of young learners
  • Proficient in the Indonesian and English languages
