Overview
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback, and collaborating with parents and caregivers
- Organising and supervising classroom activities, field trips, and special events
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to school policies and procedures
- Participating in ongoing professional development to continuously improve teaching practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching in a Kindergarten or preschool setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written)
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
