Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Use and update teacher data through the CMS accurately
  • Communicate and coordinate with teachers regarding teaching schedules and readiness
  • Conduct teacher matchmaking based on qualifications, availability, and teaching location
  • Support the teaching fulfillment process to ensure all teaching needs are met on time
  • Arrange, monitor, and adjust teachers’ schedules, including weekend classes
  • Handle daily operational issues related to teacher assignment and scheduling

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in education, teacher operations, or a related role
  • Accustomed to using CMS or similar administrative systems
  • Available to work on a freelance basis and willing to work on weekends
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
