Overview
Responsibilities:
- Teach basic to advanced swimming techniques according to the students’ needs and abilities
- Develop training programs tailored to the students’ individual goals
- Ensure student safety during training sessions
- Provide regular evaluations and feedback to students and parents
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized swimming coaching certificate
- Minimum 1 year of swimming teaching experience
- Preferably a background in Physical Education or a Swimming Club
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of water rescue techniques
- Fluent in English is preferred, at least passively
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible
