Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an engaging art curriculum aligned with educational standards
- Teach art theory, history, and performance techniques to primary school students
- Conduct ensemble rehearsals and prepare students for performances and competitions
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students to support their Art development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes collaboration and creativity
- Organize and oversee art events, concerts, and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art education across the curriculum
- Maintain equipment, and resources in good condition
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in the subject area of Art or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year in the educational field
- Experience in IB PYP curriculum for Primary Art teacher
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Classroom
- Strong command of written and spoken English
