Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons for students from Kindergarten to Senior High School
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in language learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and academic leaders to maintain high teaching and learning standards
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support student growth and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Native English speaker are welcome to apply (from countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, or a related field
- Teaching certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA (required)
- Willing to be based in Bogor
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in international or bilingual schools
- Experience teaching in IB or Cambridge programs is an advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Creative, energetic, adaptable, and committed to student success
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Google Classroom
