Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Global Politics classes
- Conduct engaging and interactive demonstrations and experiments to enhance student understanding
- Teach fundamental principles and concepts in Global Politics, including laws and theories
- Provide individualized support to students to reinforce learning and address misconceptions
- Assess student progress through quizzes, tests, and reports, providing constructive feedback
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages inquiry and critical thinking
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and integrate interdisciplinary connections
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in the subject area of Global Politics or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in the educational field
- Experience in teaching IB Diploma Program and Cambridge Upper Secondary
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized and committed
- Creative and energetic
- Strong moral values and discipline
- Mastery of Microsoft Office, Google Drive
