Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing and promotional activities that align with the school programs and events
  • Support and handle admission-related activities, including handling inquiries from prospective parents and students, follow-ups, and coordination until enrollment
  • Prepare regular written reports and updates on enrollment progress for management review
  • Manage and maintain the school’s social media platforms, including content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics
  • Collaborate closely with the Academic and Finance Departments to ensure alignment in promotions, program updates, and budget-related communication
  • Develop marketing materials (brochures, posters, digital content) and assist with communication with parents, staff, and the school community
  • Analyze vendor proposals related to marketing or promotional activities and make recommendations to the management regarding suitability, pricing, and alignment with school needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or related fields; prior experience in a school or education setting is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related discipline
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
  • Proficiency in English, and computer literate
  • Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in follow-through, and able to manage multiple tasks without overlooking important steps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for interacting with prospective parents and students, and school partners
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks during the busy enrollment period

Sekolah Cita Buana has undertaken a long journey with all the accomplishments and challenges it has faced. SCB was established in 1995 in South Jakarta with only 7 students. The school was opened when a group of parents and educators gathered to find alternative options for education that were available in Jakarta at that time. The sole purpose was to create a new schooling system that allows children to grow to their full potential, to have awareness of the environment and learn about Indonesian cultures and at the same time able to think globally and be bilingual in both Indonesian and English. Therefore, SCB applies two curriculums simultaneously, the Indonesian national curriculum enriched with international curriculums.
