Overview
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and curriculum, as well as the ability to adapt and innovate within this framework
- A proven track record of driving school improvement and fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school culture
- English Proficiency: Fluent in speaking and writing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in school management or leadership role within the early childhood education sector
- Providing overall leadership and management of the Kindergarten School, including curriculum development, staff management, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that promote the holistic development of young learners
- Collaborating and able to build strong relationships with the broader school community, including parents, teachers, and local authorities, to continuously improve the school’s offerings
- Overseeing the school’s operations, including budget management, compliance, and the implementation of policies and procedures
- A strong commitment to the development and well-being of young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work well in a team, and perform reliably under pressure
- Have school principal certification (NUKS)
About Sekolah NOAH
Sekolah NOAH under the auspices of Yayasan Del was established in 2007 from Playgroup, Kindergarten, and Elementary level.
Sekolah NOAH aims to prepare students with the skills and personal qualities to develop student’s academic skills, and character values, as well as prepare students to make a positive difference for the community and society in the globalization era.
