Overview

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian education system and curriculum, as well as the ability to adapt and innovate within this framework
  • A proven track record of driving school improvement and fostering a positive, collaborative, and inclusive school culture
  • English Proficiency: Fluent in speaking and writing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in school management or leadership role within the early childhood education sector
  • Providing overall leadership and management of the Kindergarten School, including curriculum development, staff management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that promote the holistic development of young learners
  • Collaborating and able to build strong relationships with the broader school community, including parents, teachers, and local authorities, to continuously improve the school’s offerings
  • Overseeing the school’s operations, including budget management, compliance, and the implementation of policies and procedures
  • A strong commitment to the development and well-being of young learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work well in a team, and perform reliably under pressure
  •  Have school principal certification (NUKS)
