Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lectures and interactive classes on academic English, business communication, and advanced grammar and vocabulary
  • Teach and assess students’ proficiency in writing, speaking, reading, and listening
  • Develop instructional materials, assessments, and practical exercises tailored to students’ needs
  • Provide individualized support to students to enhance their academic and professional English skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum design and align course content with university standards
  • Mentor and guide students in developing soft skills for professional settings
  • Participate in university events, workshops, and other academic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching (ELT), TESOL, or a related field (preferred)
  • Having a Master’s degree is a MUST
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the university level, high school or in a professional training context
  • Strong knowledge of academic English, business communication, and advanced grammar
  • Experience in teaching soft skills such as presentations, public speaking, and business correspondence
  • Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous professional development
  • Technology proficient
