Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing & Communications: Assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns to promote the school’s brand and offerings
  • Create and manage promotional content across digital and traditional media
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors for the production of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.)
  • Support the organisation of Open Days, school tours, webinars, and events
  • Maintain and update school marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
  • Social Media ManagementPlan, create, and schedule engaging content for all school social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor social media performance, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers in a timely manner
  • Track analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with internal teams (academic, leadership, events) for content contributions
  • Ensure social media content reflects the values and excellence of Regality Academy
  • Admissions & Lead ManagementAct as the first point of contact for prospective families, handling inquiries via email, phone, social media, and in person
  • Conduct campus tours with warmth and professionalism
  • Guide families through the admissions process including application submission, document collection, assessments, and offer issuance
  • Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or internal systems
  • Provide timely responses and follow-up to ensure high conversion from inquiry to enrolment
  • Customer ExperienceEnsure all prospective families have a positive, informative, and welcoming experience
  • Gather and report feedback from families to continuously improve the admissions process
  • Build rapport with parents and act as a supportive liaison during onboarding
  • Reporting & AnalysisProvide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion, event outcomes, and social media performance
  • Contribute ideas for marketing and enrolment strategy improvements based on data insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or school admissions
  • Experience in social media content creation and platform management (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital analytics tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design
  • Social media savvy with understanding of trends and audience engagement
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Passionate about education and the school ’s mission

About Tunas Mulia School

Tunas Mulia School has been established since November 2002. It started with Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten classes both of which are based on Montessori method program.

After just 3 years of operation, Tunas Mulia School opened its Elementary level has released the first generation by the year 2010 and Secondary has released the first generation year 2014.  The student body of 500 students is drawn from mostly Tangerang area is well served by highly trained teachers who deliver a comprehensive and challenging curriculum.
