Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver stimulating and interactive IBDP Psychology lessons to students
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning
- Participate in curriculum development and alignment to the IBDP standards
- Collaborate with other teachers and faculty to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience
- Support extracurricular activities and student wellbeing initiatives
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the IBDP curriculum, preferably in Psychology
- Strong subject matter expertise in Psychology and a deep understanding of the IBDP framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create innovative lesson plans and utilise a variety of teaching methods
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Passion for education and a commitment to student-centered learning

The founder of the Tzu Chi Foundation is Master Cheng Yen, a Buddhist nun whose guiding principles are cultivating kindness, compassion, joy, and selfless giving.
