Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating and interactive IBDP Psychology lessons to students
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning
  • Participate in curriculum development and alignment to the IBDP standards
  • Collaborate with other teachers and faculty to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience
  • Support extracurricular activities and student wellbeing initiatives
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the IBDP curriculum, preferably in Psychology
  • Strong subject matter expertise in Psychology and a deep understanding of the IBDP framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to create innovative lesson plans and utilise a variety of teaching methods
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student-centered learning
