Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for parents in terms of customer service, addressing inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Build strong, positive relationships with parents and prospective families
  • Support admissions through chat communication with parents, school tours, consultations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain parent databases and prepare reports on engagement and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or customer/parent relations (school experience a plus)
  • Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and approachable
  • Skilled in social media management, event coordination, and basic design tools (example: Canva)
  • Able to use phone proficiently (e.g. phone messaging tools, and other systems)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and willing to work evenings/weekends for school events (occasionally)
  • Professional, positive, and proactive
  • Passionate about education and community engagement
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • Adaptable, creative, and committed to excellence
