Overview

Responsibiities:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating Economics lessons to students in grades 9-12
  • Develop engaging learning activities and assessments to support student progress
  • Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback to help them succeed
  • Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and improve curriculum
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification or license for secondary education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Economics at the secondary level
  • Strong understanding in economic theories, concepts, and their real-world applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Passion for Education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
