This privacy policy governs your use and the manner in which Edukasi Jobs collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each “User”) of the www.edukasijobs.id  website (“Site”).

      2. Review and control user subscription preferences;
      3. Users may view, edit or delete their personal information and preferences at any time;
      4. Users may also subscribe to additional Edukasi Jobs services by logging into their account.
      5. Deleting user account at any time, in which event Edukasi Jobs will remove all access to the user account and resume in the database. The deletion of user account does not affect CVs that the user had previously sent to Employers or were previously downloaded by Employers or Advertisers.
      6. Edukasi Jobs will retain users personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in Clause 1 above, and for any legal or business purposes.
      7. Edukasi Jobs is committed to keeping personal information secure, and has the appropriate technical, administrative and physical procedures in place to protect personal information from loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Sensitive information (such as a credit card number) entered on our payment gateway services are encrypted during the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
      8. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, therefore we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If users have any questions about security on our website, they can contact us.
      9. Personal information may be disclosed to third parties as follows in order for Edukasi Jobs to effectively manage its business including to render the Edukasi Jobs services to users to achieve the purposes described in Clause 1.3:
        • Employers;
        • Advertisers;
        • Payment gateway services for optional services;
        • Profiling/assessment services;
        • Online advertising services;
        • Mapping services;
        • Maintenance and repair services
        • Market research and website usage analysis services.
        • Strategic partners that work with Edukasi Jobs to provide the Edukasi Jobs services or that help market and promote Edukasi Jobs services and/or website;
        • The school/college/university/institute the user studied at and their referees so as to verify their academic qualifications;
        • Professional qualifying bodies where the user obtained their accreditation;
        • Regulatory bodies, governmental bodies or other authorities if required or authorized to do so to discharge any regulatory function, under any law or in relation to any order or judgment of a court;
        • Regulatory bodies, governmental bodies or other authorities for the purpose of detection or prevention of crime, illegal/unlawful activities or fraud or for the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, or for an investigation relating to any of these;
        • Any party involved in or related to a legal proceeding (or prospective legal proceeding), for purposes of the legal proceedings;
        • Edukasi Jobs’s professional advisors on a need to know basis for the purpose of those advisors providing advice or services to Edukasi Jobs;
        • Any third party which acquires all or part of the assets or business of Edukasi Jobs (including accounts and trade receivables) for the purpose of that third party continuing to provide all or that part of the Edukasi Jobs services which it acquired; and otherwise permitted under any data protection legislation.
      10. Other than set out above, users will receive notice when personal information about them might be shared with third parties, and users will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
      11. Edukasi Jobs does not sell or rent any personal information collected to any other parties.

    1. Edukasi Jobs offers users the option of uploading their CV and/or covering letter onto the Edukasi Jobs website database provided that they use Edukasi Jobs pre-set format for uploading their CV and/or covering letter. There are two ways of doing so:
      1. Users can store their CV in the Edukasi Jobs database, but not allow it to be searchable by potential Employers or Advertisers. Not allowing the user CV to be searchable means that they can use it to apply for a job online, but Employers or Advertisers will not have access to search it through the Edukasi Jobs CV Database.
      2. Users can allow their CV to be searchable by Employers. When users opt to make their CV searchable, their full CV and personal information will be visible to Employers who can download the user CV from Edukasi Jobs database.
    2. Edukasi Jobs will take reasonable steps to ensure that parties other than those mentioned above will not, without Edukasi Jobs consent, gain access to the Edukasi Jobs database. However, Edukasi Jobs is not responsible for the retention, use or privacy of resume by any third parties.
    3. Notwithstanding Clause 2.1, Edukasi Jobs reserves the right to have full access to your CV for the purpose set out in Clause 1.1 to perform Edukasi Jobs services.
  3. LINKED SITES
    1. Edukasi Jobs website that may contain links to third party sites.
    2. Edukasi Jobs is not responsible for such third party sites. Any personal information made available by users on such sites will not have the benefit of this Privacy Notice and will be subject to the relevant third party’s privacy policy (if any).
    3. Users can login to Edukasi Jobs website using sign-in services such as social media. These Social Media platforms will authenticate the user identity and provide the user with the option to share certain personal information with us such as their name and email address to pre-populate our sign-up form. Services such as these give the user the option to post information about their activities on this website to their profile page to share with others within their network.
    4. Our website includes Social Media features that may collect users IP address, which pages the user is visiting on our site, and may set a cookies to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media features and widgets are either hosted by third party or hosted directly on our site.
