Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and facilitate class sessions in related subject areas
  • Coach and Advise student as part of skill and knowledge acquisition
  • Orientates and supervision students at clinical areas
  • Supervision of student’s and evaluation for laboratory and clinical practices
  • Promote students’s to fulfill competencies according to guidelines for laboratory and clinical practice
  • Acts as a clinical resource for student nurses to promote professional practice
  • Collaborates with laboratory assistants, lecturers and other health professionals and organizations to promote a multidisciplinary approach to education
  • Involve on community service and research project
  • Participate in any seminar or training regarding clinical practice development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with Ners from a reputable university
  • Extensive experience in clinical practice
  • Have experience in administration or a related field is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in evidence-based nursing practices, clinical simulations, electronic health records (EHRs), and telehealth technologies
  • Interprofessional collaboration – experienced in working with healthcare institutions, government agencies and professional organizations to develop nursing practice
  • Meet/ frequently with any students identified as having special needs according to clinical practice activity
  • Integrity

  • Initiative, self-development & achievement orientated
